My favorite bar in Hoboken. It is rare when I find a neighborhood bar that has good scotch. Cooper's Union has lots of it. The bartenders are great and very knowledgeable. Talk to Paddy, he is the best there is.The prices are decent and the selection of drinks is vast. Paddy will also mix up some special cocktails for you. Just ask.I highly recommend this bar.

Chill place to get a beer when the rest of Hoboken is too hectic

Went on a date there on a Friday night. Bar is very small and it was not even remotely full. Also, they didn't have Jack Daniels nor did they have any wines. My date wanted a red wine and she was forced to get something else. The people sitting at the bar were all weird men and kind of freaked my date out a little so we sat away from the bar at one of only 4 tables they have there. Wouldn't go again and certainly wouldn't recommend!
