Great hamburgers. Great prices. Close to I-70. Good place to take a break when traffic backs up.

Delicious. I really enjoyed the lovely heated patio, and the staff were all very sweet. It took a little long to get served, but we weren't in a rush. I highly recommend the shrimp pasta. The sauce was amazing. The pork tenderloin was very tender and well prepared. The duck poutine wasn't bad, and worth trying, but I would have liked with a different meat option.

Delicious dinner with a view of the creek. The duo that performed played everything from Van Morrison and the Grateful Dead to Willie Nelson. We totally enjoyed our dinner here!

Wow this place was fantastic! Awesome location on the far side of the roundabout by the creek. We got a great table on the back patio. Their signature burger was delicious, and holy cow did they have some beautiful cocktails. They all sounded delicious and every one we tried was a treat. I would definitely recommend Cooper's if you're stopping in town!

This place is great every time we have been. Sat outside by the river and took advantage of some happy hour deals. $2 off drafts and glasses of house wine plus 25% off the pub fare! The duck pot pie was so delicious with a flaky crust. I snagged some of my son's home made mac and cheese too! The view was pretty with the mountains, Aspens changing colors, and the river flowing by. Just an overall great experience. I love Georgetown and will be sure to dine here next time we are in the area!

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent drinks.. Upscale restaurant on the creek with a new, clean atmosphere.. The prime rib sandwich, chicken sandwich and butter squash soup were all 5 stars.. The long island tea was handcrafted to perfection. The view on the outside deck was beautiful overlooking the creek and the background mountains (enclosed and heated in the winter).. I highly recommend this place. Expect to pay about 20ish/pp with drinks.

This is a quaint little place. It was clean and the decor was fun. The service was effective and the food was amazing. I had the Cooper burger with Goat cheese. The food was cooked just as I asked for and seemed fresh. The pickles appeared to be homemade and were very good. I would recommend this to anyone traveling along the highway and looking for a hometown feel.

Everything was tasty. I cannot wait to come back the next time that I am in town. Their only half-miss was a so-so Old Fashioned (needs Luxardo cherries or at least smoked honey/syrup for a bit more flavor).

It is expensive but what isn't in this part of Colorado. It was the best food I've had in Colorado and we visit this part of the country a lot. The service was very friendly and no long waiting. It is so peaceful and beautiful and the perfect memory to end your trip on.

Nice break from the long drive. Cozy & good burger choices. You can almost do everything online. Including your receipt.

The waitress forgot to order a couple things we had asked for and the fries were awful. Burgers ordered medium well we're very well done. Other than that the other food we ordered was decent.

My family stopped through on our road trip. We love the mountains. So when we went in and requested a booth by the window, for the view, we were thrilled to be seated on the patio by the stream that runs right by! Andy, our server, was very accommodating and she had great recommendations (including the black pepper aioli dressing). We were there for lunch and we were served very quickly! My sisters loved the bistro chicken sandwich and cheeseburger. Soup of the day (steak, vegetable, rice) was also unique and delicious.

Great environment and friendly staff. The food was good but not worth the price. $$$$

By only looking at the menu I thought this place was going to be expensive mediocrity, but I was so wrong. My server was wonderful and the food was excellent. I ordered the Forbidden Rice Stuffed Butternut Squash (vegan friendly) and the bananas foster cheesecake slice. The cheese cake was the best I ever had in a restaurant. Finding good meatless meals while traveling is a challenge but this really wowed me. The entree was light, fresh, filling, and well balanced. I don't drink often so I didn't pair any wine with my meal.

17th Wedding Anniversary: Details of my own experience?! This place is by far one of the BEST restaurants I've been to in years! Although I made reservations, they are very accommodating for on the spot seating. They have a covered patio feet from the creek that we got sat by n from there it was divine. Service, food, atmosphere plus location. Manhattan's to die for too. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Go here and be delighted, cheers.
