This place is amazing, beautiful inside the decorations are so cute and the ice cream AMAZING, we tried some of the famous bowls on the menu, and I highly recommend it. The only thing that I regret (because of how beautiful the view and decoration are) is that the tables are just for customers making their own ice cream.

I’m not usually in this part of town so when someone recommends a spot, I’m willing to check it out. This was a nice experience. It’s more for kids of course and the one in our group loved it. Since the ice-cream can’t be frozen before consumption it has a soft serve consistency. Still tasted like ice cream.

Definitely a place where you can bring family ansmd have a blast. Great customer service. Will be going back to try more food selections on top of their great deserts!

We’re screaming for Cool Mess!!! We love partying with them because their store is bright, cheery, and spotless, their staff is delightful, and it’s always good, clean fun. They’re really unbeatable for an easy-to-plan birthday party, where kids can have a blast making a (delicious) mess and parents don’t have to worry about the clean up. 10/10!!!!!!

The ice-cream was so fresh and tasty—we chose pound cake, cookie dough, and Reese’s peanut butter add-ins with a vanilla base. It hit the spot for 3 adults and service was superb.

All the flavors were delicious but picked two of several that blew my mind and ordered a scoop of the aforementioned CoolMess and one of SB&J. Both flavors were very rich and the texture was exactly what I expected from premium ice cream. You can really taste the individuality of each and see how it's taste and feel in mouth has been carefully crafted. CoolMess is my current favorite but I know that might change next visit.

They have some of the best ice cream in all of NYC. So many flavors and all at a very reasonable price. And the staff are pretty awesome too.

Kids really enjoyed making ice cream on the table and picking toppings.

I came here with a 10 year old and she loved it! You pick a flavor base and toppings and make the ice cream yourself. We paid $29.99 for one batch--it was enough for the two of us, plus we had about one serving to take home. Would recommend for kids!

Jason was incredibly sweet and enthusiastic in giving us great service . Is my first time here and right away he made us feel welcome. Right away he educated us on the high quality ingredients, gave us samples, all with a big smile . Best experience ever in a creamery if you tell me . Oh yeah the ice cream is amazing too . Jason encouraged me to have fun and try the kombucha float which was delicious !!! Thank you Jason for a great service !! We will definitely be back !!! 10 stars for you!
