Cookies by Design

I want to give Cookies by design in Lisle a "shout out"! Your customer service is great and I couldn't be more happier with what was delivered for a friends birthday!!! We mixed a little birthday wish w/ a little Texas country together. It turned out perfect. Thank you all for making her day special. She was suprised and loved our creation that we built together. Thank you again from one happy customer!!!!

Just wanted to say that I ordered a cookie basket to say thank you to a group of people that helped me thru my cardiac rehab at the local hospital and it was amazing. They loved it and couldn't be more appreciative for the great basket. They all commented that the cookies were fresh and delicious, and a nice variety. It was delivered early enough for everyone to have some with leftovers for the next day. Glad I made the decision to order from you guys and definitely will order again when I need something out of the ordinary .Thanks again for helping me thank this special group of people.

The customer service was fantastic! When the dropped off the package, the recipient wasn't home. Not only did they call her to make sure she found the package but they called me to let me know the gift was delivered. Their concern went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated by both the giver and receiver. The receiver was extremely pleased with the product and enjoyed the cookies thoroughly!
