Good food, cheap. Best milkshakes hands down. Their white cheddar bites are great. Staff is incredible. One of the managers, I witnessed him pay for a costumer, and her two kids food out of his own pocket. Always busy, but very fast.

I enjoy Cookout. The food is good & very reasonably priced.

Call them and tell them. I had a problem with my order one time and the fixed it.

Pretty normal with curds, fries, or hush puppies for there to be a small amount. Opt for a larger food item if you are wanting your $5 to stretch even further. Also, people have bad days. If it is a repeat thing, talk to a manager. Also, you are commenting on the wrong store. These people dont deserve your complaints.

You'd probably want to check with the restaurant directly, regarding allergens. This is a public forum. I don't remember them advertising gluten free, but a store manager could likely confirm or deny.
