Cook Out

Food at this location is as good as any other. I stop by this Cookout at least 3 times a month. The orders do occasionally get mixed up. Like most fast food these days they act like it’s your fault when they screw up. My real complaint here is the time it takes to receive an order in the restaurant. Always slow but today it took 27 minutes to receive 2 simple meals.

Please like my reviews and photos if you find it useful! Everything was delicious, service was great, bathrooms needed some minor care, but the seating area needed cleaning. If the dining area was cleaner than they would definitely get the 5 Stars!

Tremendous service when ran by the young Gun Zach Rathbone, he about that life when it.comes.to pushing quality service for the customers. He going to be GM soon.

Best cookout I've ever eaten at. The line can be long sometimes but it is definitely worth waiting for compared to other locations. The food has been great, for a cookout, and so has the service. I recommend this one over the other locations on Patton Ave or Tunnel Rd in Asheville (just in case you live between them, go to Hendersonville, its the same exit as Bat Cave, and Epstein didn't kill himself)

Had a little trouble with order and got charged high.... But in the end the customer service was great and they worked everything out! Cool little country town!

This was our second time visiting cook out, we are from Florida and we do not have them here unfortunately. They have great prices and there burgers are delicious. I think it's the best fast food burger place. Can't wait till our next road trip to eat here again.

A huge menu. About a bazillion different milkshake flavors. The burgers are just short of being very big. Fast and accurate service. Minus one ⭐️ for the ugly, industrial dining area. The seating defines uncomfortable.

The place offers a nice variety of delicious food. I enjoyed eating here. The employees are always super friendly, pricing is convenient and the place is always neat.

We arrived at this spot for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was yummy. We loved this spot a lot and we shall definitely come back again. Keep it up.

The employee working drive through was rude. I would rather eat somewhere that has mediocre food and good customer service, than somewhere with good food and bad customer service.

The employees here are wonderful. Happy and smiling and laughing. Really polite. Rarely do I have issues with my orders. And if I do, its fixed quickly without hesitation. There is a gentleman at this location I wish to commend. I wish I had gotten his name. But he went out of his way to help a stressed, time pressed mom during a dinner rush tonight (5/4/2020). Thank you so much for your help, sir. And thank you to everyone working. You're putting yourselves at risk during this dangerous time and making some of our lives easier. Like mine. You're completely appreciated, and I wish I could do more to show it.

It's fine. No complaints I just feel it was way over hyped for just very standard grill out food. The shakes are really tasty, but too difficult to drink through a straw. If you want fast, cheap food at 2 AM its perfect.
