Great customer service. Cashier was so pleasant, it made me feel good, all inside. Reasonably priced, and out of sight food taste.

This place is busy ALL of the time. Reminds me of a drive in concession stand from the 70s and 80s lol! Except it's a drive through!. Kids and adults alike seem to love to hang out there. Periodically they will hire people who have no customer care experience, but for the most part they're ok.

I agree, the cook out on randleman rd, has gone down hill. You order you Cajun or spicy fries, you get undercooked regular fries.

They dont care how they treat you,not just Randleman Rd but Battleground Ave as well.Just plan rude.I stopped going about 5 months since i ate there.
