Our experience was a total disaster. They were not paying attention to our order and were rude. It took them 15 minutes to get our order correct. Ridiculous.

I usually visit the Cook Out on West Gate City Boulevard in Greensboro, though all the cookouts food and standard of service is the same. Their food is super tasty. Everyone loves Cookout's food! And the service is fast. What more could you want?

Got a cookout tray yesterday asked both sides be nuggets. I don’t know how many suppose to come with it but I had 6 nuggets in total for both sides to have been nuggets.Update : I went back today got another cookout tray different sides. This time my fries were salty, my sandwich was made sloppy and I asked for sweet tea and was given unsweet. I rarely have to check my food before leaving but looks like I’ll have to here.

The Chili Cheese Fries, BBQUE and Oreo Shake are my husbands favorites. Prices are about average for fast food with a plus in favor of Cook Out because it's more of a "meal" than McDonald's burger and fry for close to the same price, and the burgers are 100% better. The only place to sit and eat is outside with only 1 or 2 picnic style tables so plan on drive thru service for the most part. They also have a huge selection of milkshake flavers that are fantastic.

This place by way of a business model is pretty spot on. I think that they achieve a lot by keeping it simple. No one seems to b asked to step out or their zone of capability. A bit pricey but it was cool. The only knock on this place was they weren’t quite keeping up with customer requests at some of the tables. Might’ve been a rush crowd, might not have been.
