The rudest employees I've encountered in Knoxville. I will never go back to this place. Stopped by while my Mom was in the hospital at Parkwest. She wanted a milkshake. I apparently didn't pull up far enough in their poorly designed drive thru. The employee working actually YELLED at me. I told him to keep the milkshake.

Amazing food for the price! Service out does many dine-in restaurants, even in the face of a no contact life! Worked with multiple staff members, each one was as friendly as the next! We have been to a few Cook Out locations and this is the best one yet!

This place deserves more than a 5 star rating. The food is always hot and fresh, and correct the first time. The only complaint is the amount of fries and onion rings you get with your tray!!! 4 onion rings?? Seriously? I still give it a 5 star rating because the food is good... and the service was fast and accurate. Bit if I were to rate the amount of fries/onion rings you get you all would have 1 star or below.
