Lines can be a bit long but they move fast. Speaker system is hard to hear them. Food is always good and fresh though.

So so staff, slow lines, outside had trash on the ground. Gave me a 6 oz. Cup with only 1 oz. Cup of sauce then charged me 73 cents for another half oz of sauce. This place could use some improvements

Good food and the prices are great

One of our favorites. Trays are lots of food and not expensive. Can even get grilled chicken sandwich for same price My favorite!

Food ok but pretty much cold

I heard what I think is the manager making a bunch of racist jokes about the previous customer when I was paying. Was around 2a Thursday 25th. Shakes are good, but my food tasted bad.

Went through this afternoon at 4pm. Waited in line to order for 5 min. One car at window. Then had to repeat 3 time. Employees can't hear or just stupid. Hope place shuts down soon and put a better restaurant there. Don't waist your time.will not go back.

Best place and best food hands down for an after hour spot

Southern......shakes.....fast ....... and yum

It's fine if you just need a quick bite and don't have time to go anywhere else. The shakes are good. I guess that's why they're so popular.

Went there tonight. They made the "hamburger" a cheeseburger. They didn't put mustard or ketchup on the hotdogs. They also didn't put my snickers in my chocolate "snickers" milkshake. All together a very disappointing visit. Not happy in the least bit!

If there is any kind of line be ready to wait for a while. They are slow! The food is okay. It’s not like it used to be. Food cost has gone up but instead of raising their prices they lowered their food quality! The last order they got it all wrong also and it 20 mins to get.

I think all Cookout locations get the broken drive thru intercoms that other fast food places have since gotten rid of because I can never hear anything the folks in the other end are saying! LOL but other than that, the food is always fresh and hot and the shake flavors and choices can't be beat. Try a Cheerwine float!

Thank you cookout for giving me a really burnt corn dog. Definitely will avoid this place if I can.

Never gets order correct. 3 days in a row of wrong food. Rude and not nice employees
