Good food and good service.

My food was good. But I actually saw a customer pick up their food and take it to their table. After opening the food they realized it was not their food and they had received it by mistake. They took it back to the counter and the person behind the counter sent the same tray of food back out with the correct customer. They should have thrown it away and cooked the customer fresh food.

Line is usually too long and service is usually rushed when placing an order. Food is good and quick when you are able to place order. They have an enter sign behind but there is only one way which is a dirty trick. If you want to enter from the back you will have to turn around and make a 3 point turn, leave the same way you entered, and then go around in another restaurant's parking lot. This place is popular only because it's the only place open late at night that's a drive through.

Sweet tea give you dat beattus the die uh beattus.

Food is good but service is bad. Especially by the cashier, they are not friendly and when you ask for napkins they give you an ugly look. Maybe if they provide napkins in the first place we wouldn't have to ask for it. This has happened twice since they started drive thru only.

I will say up front that I have only been to the drive thru at the Wilson Cookout. However the employees at the window are extremely nice and helpful and the line moves amazingly quickly. The food is ALWAYS excellent and I no longer hardly ever go to MacDonald's or Burger King etc anymore since the food is so much better and comparably priced at Cookout. I have yet to have anything less than a very good experience there, my only problem being that I go more often than I probably should.

It's a place the young adults hang out.Food is good, service is good too. The Drive Thru always has a long line, yet it moves fast.

Had a decent sized order in the drive thru. All the food was correct, however it was a bit of a wait and dipping sauce that was requested was not included. Friendly staff

Good is very good, everything I have eaten is good,just don't like the location,it to hard to get to,you have to cross the parking lot of another restaurant to get to it.

Great food and clean establishment. Restrooms were also clean!
