If you’re looking for huge portions, good prices, amazing service, and spectacular food, THIS is the place for you. There’s a reason this down-home eatery has been a staple in Alachua for over 30-years. I came here on the recommendation of a friend, and drove 30-minutes. I’ll admit, I was skeptical, but this place DELIVERED! Dixie (who I later found out has been a waitress here for over 20-years) was amazing. Our drinks were never empty, and she was constantly attentive, despite a busy space! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing, down home, American diner food. It’s in my top-10, anywhere.

This restaurant is a world class country diner!! I’ll definitely recommend this to all of my friends, family, and business affiliates coming through this area.
