Concord Teacakes

Spectacular, coffees teas, desserts, sandwiches, full meals and from scratch soups! A great place for meeting people or takeout. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. A+

This amazing cafe is scenically located next to a train station so you can watch the train go by as you enjoy an amazing gourmet organic breakfast sandwich on a bagel or croissant and their exceptionally good iced coffee. I really love this place.

This is the evening before Thanksgiving I went to Concord teacakes to get a cake for my grandson who had his birthday last week and I missed it. It was the only place that I went to today that wasn't hysterical and out of control. Everybody was very calm and helpful and pleasant IT is a very pleasant place

Really amazing place! I wish I lived closer to come more often! They let me try one of their newest pastries, chocolate chip oat bar, and I promised that I would give an honest review. To be honest...it was absolutely delicious :)

Great local bakery, coffee shop and the staff was great. Especially Diane. She has been there for many years and really makes you feel at home when I come in. Their cakes are legendary.

Best almond macaroons ever. Croissants are deliciously flaky on the outside. Good soup and sandwiches for lunch.

Delicious fresh muffins. Good coffee. It was the perfect place to take my kids for a reward after an early morning dentist appointment. It is a fun location because you can feel and see the trains as they come and go in West Concord. It also has a charming view of West Concord Village, right down Commonwealth Ave. I would give 5 stars if the service was a little faster and the decor refreshed a bit.

Small batch, home baked goodness

Good food, small place to try to eat. The bite size cupcakes are perfect for kids for parties. Parking can be difficult.

They need to either up their game, or shut the place down. These are not scones. Peter...co-owner...I've enjoyed scones in England. Your scones are not scones. Call them something else. If you'd like to try a scone worth eating take a ride to Seven Stars Bakery in Providence and try one. You might stay in business longer. Apparently Concord is not the cosmopolitan intellectual high ground people think it is.

We've been to Concord Teacakes a few times for quick treats. Food is solid, not amazing, and the staff is passably friendly. We went in today to order a cake for a party on Saturday (plenty of time at other bakeries, both high- and lower-end) and we were snottily told, "Pffft - we need at least a week for a cake." We weren't ordering an elaborate wedding cake mind you - a simple cake for a 4 year old's party. There was no "let us work with you," or "let's see what we can do in this tight time frame." We got a simple, condescending NO. It's a shame, too, because we very much want to support local businesses. We will not be back in any capacity, birthday cake or otherwise.
