One unfriendly staff.Overall a good DD, but they have this one male staff that won't greet you, won't smile, won't tell you what the total is or anything. A friendly smile behind the counter makes for a better start for me, and I'm sure for lots of others.

I go here at least two times a week. I have yet to be disappointed with the service.

Absolutely awful service, took forever and didn't even have my order taken.

Never had an superior experience. So always leaves a little room for improvement. They take longer than what I am used to for a DD. Usually everything is fine but never get the quick fast service I want. At least they are able to get my orders right.

Fast service, even when busy. Very clean and staff were very pleasant.

The employees here are wonderful! They are always kind to me and my children. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, they are very quick to remedy it.

It was busier than I have ever seen it. They forgot my donuts in my app order so I had to wait. And my coffee didn't taste like that put sugar in it. I added it when I got to work. The staff was helpful though. Usually everything is a lot better

Great service, great donuts, though sometimes the glazed donuts don't have icing on one side and it ends up tasting like weird bread. Only sometimes though.

Excellent latte and iced coffee. Using the new barista machine yields great coffee. Inside was clean and staff is friendly.

This location is always really prompt with the service and the orders are always made as requested. I've noticed that it doesn't get crazy busy on the random times I've stopped in which means the wait is usually only a few minutes and I get my iced caffeine fix.
