Colorado's Prime Steak

First time there. Loved the homey atmosphere. Prime rib was good but not hot.

The best steak in town. Greg the best waiter. The ambiance is not the best. Old lumpy booths and dark inside. But; hey, I am not eating the booths!!!! Yummy!

The smoked prime rib was delicious! If you like some smoke on your meat, then this is the place to go. When we asked about the Rattle Snake bread our server said they make it when you order and "it'll be about fourty-five minutes". We both laughed and said no thanks (thinking it was April first and this had to be a joke). Then he repeated "it will only be four to five minutes". So we DID get the rattle snake bread. It was yummy and we all had a good laugh. Thanks, Christian, for your great service. We will certainly be backAlthough this prime rib earned 5 stars it was not quite as scrumptious as we have enjoyed at DeLand Stockyard.
