Cozy, rustic, warm atmosphere, great food!

The owner is Rude and nasty. Was there as a Vendor for an event and asked for a light to be turned on above the fireplace as the family wanted photos. As he walked by he rudely and nastily in front of the family stated "DJ's and Photographers are the reason he's retiring". Never again will I do an event there.

Had our wedding there. Beautiful setting. Food was excellent. Working with Tom was so easy.

The inside of the place is cool! It is like a barn. Grounds are beautiful!

Michael and I want to thank Tom, my wedding assistant Bobbie and your staff for the phenomenal job that you did for our November 10th, 2018 wedding. It was everything that we ever dreamed of how we wanted our wedding to be. The ceremony, the appetizers, the food, the cake, flowers, the D.J. the bridal suite, everything was top notch. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, the decorations, the appetizers, the food and the wedding cake was delicious. My bridal attendant Bobbie and the attendants were very attentive made sure my husband and I were o.k. and our guests through out our evening . The bar tenders were very nice. The selection of alcohol was perfect. We couldn't of asked for a better venue. The grounds where we took pictures for our 1st look pictures and with our wedding party were beautiful!! Went there for my old company pinic food was good

My daughter has been going to summer camp here for 3 years in a row. The camp staff are awesome and have been great with the kids year after year! They have always shown my daughter plenty of attention and are always playing games with the kids. This is the last year my daughter was able to attend because of her age but there is a travel camp that she can attend next year that oxford offers where she can still attend the colonial tavern once a week. I recommend husky summer camp to any oxford child that loves swimming, being in the sun and enjoying the outdoors. They do a great job.

Wonderful place the food was great. The waitress, Faith, was excellent.

We had a wedding here. Food was great but servers were a little too anxious to get dinnerware off table actually snatched a glass right out of my hand before I could put on the table. Wedding was beautiful though. We wish it was a little bigger but outdoor tents were spacious. Food was excellent atmosphere was great.

Attended an event booked for elementary school aged children. Not only was the food delayed almost 40 mins from the start time, the representative of the facility then yelled at all the Children for being too excited, never mind ordering the kids to finish all the food on their plates. Definitely not a place I would spend another dollar!

Having a church outing next month. Great place beautiful pool and grounds and very reasonable prices for what you get. Looking forward to being there.

Colonial tavern has been a great venue for weddings, birthdays, showers, and receptions. Every year they hold a car show to benefit children. This show is always a great time for family and friends to come together for a great cause. This venue has wonderful food and professional staff. Colonial tavern has space outside and inside for that special day. This is the go to place when looking for a venue in Oxford.

Nice place tuck in back off the road. The food was ok. For the package the school got.
