Large shop with lots of food and drink options. Great place to hang out and cool down on a hot summer day.

Colectivo is awesome. Stop there after every Friday workout. It is a warm friendly spot.

Coffee was hot and good. Didn't have food but the kid at the counter was friendly and quick. Better than starbucks by 10 fold.

Painfully slow service day in and day out to have an espresso drink. Average is about 8 to 10 minutes wait.

Went here on Labor Day so it was slammed as it was one of the few places open. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. I don't drink coffee but my parents said their decaf and Nicaraguan roast was good.

My only visits to Colectivo-On The Square come on Saturday mornings during the Dane County Outdoor Farmer's Market. My Farmer's Market experience is tightly controlled by tradition and long experience. It's where I get my breakfast on Saturday mornings and coffee has always been a central part of that experience. As all of the options for coffee vendors at the Market have disappeared (inexplicable!), the brick and mortar coffee places are now the only choices. Thankfully there are several good ones, but for my purposes, Colectivo fits the bill perfectly. Their fresh brew options are delicious, always served piping hot and freshly brewed, and at a very fair price. Their staff is pleasant and friendly and their service is fast and efficient. Thanks, Colectivo Coffee, for keeping the coffee in the Farmer's Market!

Hummus roll was good. Nice place to hangout. Seems to have good variety of fresh brewed coffee.

Walked in on a cold evening and was warmed by the friendly service, homey atmosphere, and a hot matcha latte. Certainly makes for a good go-to study spot or place to meet up.

Noticed that I'll order an extra large coffee to go and I am able to get a refill most days found that they change consistancy based on mood, don't know why, but ok.
