Cold Stone South Orange

Cold Stone brings back childhood memories. I visited this store on a Friday night. The store was crowded; I'm guessing there were more than 15 customers in line. With 4 associates serving customers, the line moved smoothly. I waited 8 to 10 minutes to get served. The associate was courteous and friendly. The customers seating area, on the other hand, was haphazard. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the whole experience and the ice cream.

I love Coldstone Creamery, however, the place is always messy and needs to be cleaned. The tables, and the windows to the show case is always nasty with prints and ice cream. The floors always need to be mopped and swept. That's sooooo bad for business. I care about the look and the cleanliness of the establishment that I patronize. The ice cream keeps its integrity.

First time here and I love it great customer service skills the young people have here. U will definitely see my family and I back here

The ice cream is pretty good. It's super expensive and way too crowded.

Hard to get good quality service during the day week day or weekend. The workers are either busy or in the back or on the phone. Nights are pretty good. Servers could just be a little mow friendly over the counter rather than behind the counter with each other. Other than that I love cold stone.

I loved the ice cream and waffle cone cup it was a clean nice friendly environment place and the staff greeted you as you came in the door there was a lot of flavors to choose from and they had different types of topping.

The staff doesn't understand customer service apparently. If I ask you to wear gloves you shouldn't tell me it's not required. Its required if you want my business. Besides it's not an illegal practice to be clean. I find it disgusting that putting on gloves is an issue. Especially when you wipe your forehead, fix your clothes and handle your phones with the same hands that dig into those ice cream tubs.

Getting ice cream should be fun and not a giant time suck. It took a half hour to get through a moderate line and get ice cream for 3 people. The staff are maddeningly inefficient especially for a place built on a labor intensive model. The line may have taken half as long if they weren't talking and texting. When we got the ice cream it was a melty sloppy mess. I thought the cold stone was supposed to keep it frozen? I have better things to do with my time and money. This was totally annoying and not a treat.

This location is sad how do you forget the ice cream in a BROWNIE A LA COLD STONE .The server said he forgot and the manager put it on the side. The build up just to find it empty......REALLY the topping to a melting day.

The speed was okay for only one person while the guy handle the urber order. The young black guy was rude for not greeting us before he even heard the urber tablet go off. They need to stop being cheap w the topping because if I'm a paying customer- i should get what I'm paying for. Overall, I had some coupons that need to be used up before the end of the year. Also they need to have designated parking for customers only.

The service was not great the orders were completely messed up and they took orders for things that they did not have but didn’t let us know that they didn’t have it. It was not well prepared. And my baby was very sad
