Favorite ice cream place. Yumm! The staff is attractive and helpful. The wait can be a bit long sometimes, but well worth it.

They went above and beyond when they ran out of an icecream flavor needed for one of their specials. A plain substitute flavor would have been fine with me but I wont say no to free toppings and whipped cream.

AMAZING!!! About an hour before closing on a Friday night I sent my bf to purchase 10 - $10 gift cards using other gift cards we’ve accumulated. As you can imagine they were slammed and this isn’t a typical request. Needless to say they told my Bf it couldn’t be done... so I called and spoke with Ava who said she had to double check with her manager on my special request. I left my name and phone number... less than 10 minutes later I got a call from Justin. He was unbelievably accommodating and so apologetic, I was speechless (not normal for me). I ended up going back to cold stone the same night, met Ava in person, and getting my 10 gift cards! They even stayed open past closing to accommodate me. Like I said AMAZING! You don’t typically find this kind of service these days. Thank you Cold Stone Crossroads!!

Excellent service on a busy Saturday night during long a d warm summer evenings. Nice seating area outside by water fountain.

There are plenty of choices for ice cream here at Cold Stone all of which are delicious and a perfect treat on a warm day. The last time I went here I bought an Oreo milkshake which was great!Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and not just in a customer service way. The people are attentive and patient. I would absolutely come back to this place.Is open later than the mall and is accessible from the outside entranceCold Stone Creamery closes at 10 P. M.
