I absolutely love this place. Also customer service is always great. The ice cream is better than Baskin Robins.

The ice cream here is amazing! The mix ins are fantastic and they seem generous with all the mix ins. Great to stop by on a hot day! The price is kind of out there with roughly $8 a person. The staff was polite and let me substitute mint ice cream for coffee in one of their specialties. The mint is amazing I would recommend it.

Icecream is mediorce and very expensive. And this place is kind of dirty. You're better off going to and independently owned icecream shop.

Food is really good, as well as ambiance and service!

Visited this location with my family on a Saturday afternoon, there were about 5 people ahead of us. Total wait time was an hour from entering to paying. Not sure if the ice cream server was new, not fully trained or poorly staffed for a holiday weekend. He was the only one available, other employees didn't seem to acknowledge the line building up to go to the front line for back-up. I love Coldstone, however this delay did not leave me wanting to visit this store again.

Overall love cold stones because it is just delicious but they need to teach their employees a little about customer service. This last time I went to buy a cake and they didn't have many options so I asked the employee where another closest location was and he said "I don't know maybe you can find one on Google." I've worked in retail and was taught that you go out of your way for the customers. Mind you there was no one else that needed to be helped.

Delicious ice cream and amazing customer service. A lot of different toppings and you can add to customize your ice cream. Extremely delicious and creamy would recommend for a Day Out With Friends or a date.

Dang, the line was super long today, and my friend who suggested coming here had to leave just before he got ice cream! I soldiered on since we were so close and was rewarded with my first gluten free cone ever (and I've been GF 15 years!!). It was, dare I say, despite the sadness of my friend not getting any... worth the wait.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Owner is very proud of his food and it shows! Ive tried a variety of things from food, drinks, ice cream, its prepared fresh and clean! You will not be disappointed! Try the paninis with a fresh flavored green tea! They're great!
