Super friendly workers, clean store but the bathrooms can use a little more attention

Great service and great prices.Everyone who I have dealt with here has been friendly and helpful.Plus i have a new favorite of their frappe an employee made me the way they like it and I was blown away!

Went to Coldstone couple of days ago wanting a cake due the same day I didn’t know you need 1 day notice was going to leave until one of the employee name Youa came and talk to me and knew I need it bad. So she was nice and friendly she took my cake order and told me she will try to do my cake for me in 4 hours which she did amazing worker and amazing customer service she made me feel important and the cake look nice and was yummy to .

Their cookies and cream ice cream is the best with whip cream on top ! They also give UC Merced students discount.

So yummy. So pricey.

Expensive, but good. Nobody blends ice cream better.

I love this place and I come here often. The staff is always very friendly and the ice cream is always delicious and also the ice cream cakes. So the issue I have been having recently is that every time my husband and I get a shake it has been very watery like just liquid and not enough ice cream or perhaps maybe to much milk I’m not really sure but this has happened a lot lately. I’m not sure if it’s because some of the girls are new and don’t know how to make it properly because others have made them perfect so we won’t get another shake there but I will definitely get ice cream still. I suggest the manger spend more time training them how to make the shakes however because we threw it in the trash and wasted slot of money. No I didn’t go back nor did I say anything to them .

This place is expensive, stomach aching, waste of time and not worth it. Nothing tastes fresh. The ice cream itself tastes neutral. The toppings were all tasteless. I wanted to throw up because of eating it though I didn't. If you're planning on buying ice cream, buy a giant bucket from rite aid.

Moderate pricing, tastes really good but its rich so i personally always have to drink water afterwards, the homeless sometimes linger outside but they don't bother customers inside. Their frappe's are actually really good too and cheaper than going to starbucks. Always comes in handy when you can find a buy one get one free ice cream coupon for them!
