Cold Stone Creamery

Ice cream and service was good considering this store looked to have NO SUPERVISION. There were 2 teenagers running the store.. The young man was on the register and a young lady serving customers.. It was an 80+ degree evening. The young man could not ring customers out because the register had to be reset, then after that was fixed.. He had to leave the store to go get change for the register! Leaving the really young looking server in the store by herself with several customers .. We had a party of 6 with a line forming behind us and during the time of all of us getting our ice cream.. No one appeared to be in the store except these 2 young people.. These kids did a great job keeping Kool and calm but there should have been more mature supervision with them.

As expensive as this ice cream is ... I expected better.... they were out of what i wanted ... 3 diff. flavors ...and then put in the wrong stuff in my ice cream after asking me 4 times what i wanted .... my choc dipped bowl was dropped and the employees didnt seem to know what they were doing ...on top of it all the outside of my container was covered in ice cream and thats how they put it in the bag

Has great ice cream! Somewhat pricey but very good!

I think I've been to this location once when they actually had waffle cones. They're always out of various flavors and the store is dirty. I love cold stone and unfortunately this is the closest one to me, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Service is sometimes a little slow but there's no better place to get your dream icecream made right before your very eyes

Great ice cream

Love the ice cream. The place smells awesome. It smells so good, you might get full off the aroma before you even get your cone. Unfortunately, this location was under staffed and it was a long wait to get service. They had sticky tables too...I don’t like that.

Pretty much decent place close to university area. Mostly famous for ice cream. Sometimes crowded with university girls.:-)I usually buy cakes for special people from here.:-)

Same awesomeness you find at every other location! You can’t go wrong here. There’s a parking lot across the street and (on a Thursday night around 7:30p) you won’t wait in a very long line. They’re happy to offer samples - I always recommend trying what their seasonal flavors are before they disappear. The last time I visited a couple months ago they had a dark chocolate ice cream ice cream with raspberry swirl. And now for the fall they have a choice of pumpkin cheesecake or crème brûlée!The only downside I say at this location was no ice cream cupcakes. But they might be available for proper! They did have cakes and quarts in the freezer.
