Delicious ice cream and very nice staff

Decent ice cream, super slow service.

Staff wasnt real friendly ...prices are high for what we purchased.

I love cold stone creamery. I have since I moved to Kansas City. However, I have never quite had this experience at any other store. Not only did I not get ice cream but the guy behind the counter served my boyfriend. Then he cut me off when I was trying to give him my order to have a conversation with another customer behind us. Then gave me the dirtiest look ever and proceeded to ignore me. It wasn’t until I started walking out that he even acknowledged my presence but that was only because my boyfriend said something. I also noticed I am not the only one to say something about “the man behind the counter” so hopefully that gets dealt with soon.

If you love ice cream this place is a must. They have tons of different flavor combinations and plenty of topping to make a custom dish of your own. They have a rewards system that gives you coupons for ice cream! They will let you sample the different flavors just in case you can't decide on what to have.

Very tasty and creamy ice cream! Great service and a friendly staff! Hard to beat the quality of this ice cream. Very few store bought brands are it's equal. Highly recommended :)

Yummy smoothie-style drinks. Great at the end of a hot day of shopping.

My daughters and I have spent a good amount of time shopping at the legends this December. Every time we go, they make me take them to this Cold Stone location. The atmosphere is very friendly and the workers are fast, efficient and very nice. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his sons a couple of weeks back while we visited. Its obvious to me why this location is so popular. I see the culture and consistencies that have been built from the owner down to the staff. He was friendly, polite and made sure to have full interaction with my girls during their experience. I can see why they want to visit this location every time we hit the legends.
