Ice cream is good albeit overpriced, they messed up my wife's order and we did not find out until we got home. So that sucked. If you go here, order one at a time and pay attention.

Omg Chocolate Devotion is my weaknesssss! The place is clean, has good parking in front, and the staff are always very polite. I take my kids here when they are rewarded for good behavior.

Rude staff! My little sister ordered a brownie ice cream and gets home to find no brownies in her ice cream. We go back and tell the staff and they refuse to make a new one. They call the manager and we wait 10 minutes and then he says we can make a new. He starts accusing me of eating the ice cream and I just want more. I had to have my son come back and get her the ice cream. All this over ice cream. You should train your staff to be polite and that the customer is always right! Never coming back here.

HAVEN'T GONE IN A FEW YEARS...BUT TOOK MY KIDS THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST WEEK AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED...STILL GREAT ICE CREAM...KIDS LOVED WATCHING THEIR ICE CREAM BEING MIXED ON THE STONE...

This is where you go for ice cream! I'm not thee only one who knows it so you may run into a line with a bit of a wait. The one thing I don't get is the point system there. What do you get? When do you get it? Does it mean anything? Been going there for a while. Next visit I'll ask. Great ice cream and add on options. I feel like I gained weight writing this review.

Horrible customer service!!!!Today I was extremely unhappy with the service,even though I’m a valuable customer but The worker Joey was very unprofessional and super RUDE,MEAN and don’t know what so ever how to deal with customers.Im calling the corporate not the manager because people like gives the store a very bad image.HE SHOULD GET FIRED People hired there like Joey Makes the place very unpleasant.Calling the corporate!!!!!!!!

Got 2 orders wrong. No manager in the store to speak with. There’s plenty of better and less expensive places to get ice cream in the summertime. Will not be going back.

My fiance and I walked in to get a custom cake made from Cold Stone...the place was completely empty with no lines... I had two punk Philippine Brothers look at me up and down never once asked if I needed help...after waiting a few minutes finally one of them asked if I wanted a cake after finally getting through the blank stares and complete staleness... I finally placed the order for my custom cake which is almost $100 I asked how much for a deposit and he didn't know... so he asked his brother which ignored him... So then my fiance asked the brother then she got ignored..after he ignored my fiance.. I spoke up and asked the brother myself how much was the deposit he looked at me with a blank stare and said at least half of the order...after dealing with an unprofessional family that runs this cold stone I figured that my hard-earned money should not go to them.... If you have any sense and any respect for yourself I would keep your money and go somewhere else
