Excellent customer service. We had a birthday cake order and encountered a small issue with the order but the manager went above and beyond to resolve this problem. Great people, well kept facility and tasty ice cream!

This place is my favorite ice cream. The staff, manager and owner are AMAZING. I have always had a fantastic and friendly experience. I can't say enough about how awesome the staff is and the ice cream and cake are the best!!!!

Somehow two small waffle bowls cost $18. The coldstone seemed like it was a sorta-cold stone because the ice cream was a little runny.

The owner was very nice and inviting, and it's good to see the owner behind the counter and knowing how to make the ice cream and run the register.

Great ice cream!

The ice cream is great but the lady who serve us the ice cream was extremely rude and very impatient when we were trying to decided what ice cream we wanted we told her that we were not ready and she forced us to chose even when we weren't ready. I was so annoyed with it that we sat in are car to eat are ice cream because we didn't feel welcomed in the store. The lady had very poor customer service.

The new owners are very nice & are doing a great job with the store.

Place was next to empty. Strange for a Cold Stone. Placed and received our orders quickly. My ice cream, dark chocolate, had a few ice crystals in it. Appeared it came from the bottom of a container.
