Good friendly environment for kids dates or anyone. Ice cream is great, lots of good flavors and toppings, love the small tables and lots of room. Staff were friendly and helpful. parking can be a pain but not much you can do. Clean floors and tables, sizes are hard to pick and can get spendy but seemed worth the money.

Always get the biggest size but can never finish.

Expensive but we always have a 2 for one coupon or reward. Yummy ice cream. Better quality than DQ. Small seating area but in the warmer weather they add a few seats outside. We’ve never had a problem eating in.

Great Ice cream not so much for everything else. Two of the three employees were in a" hurry up and get these ppl out of my face" mood. There is plenty of room for like four more tables so ppl don't have to stand and go out to their cars while trying to enjoy their treat. Also there were only three soda options and water. :'(

Meh. Service was okay, ice cream base was good but the brownie/cookie dough was dry and unflavorful. Cookie dough especially, tasted floury. Decent portion size and price was fine. I love Cold Stones in general so might go back and give it another try, but I'll likely end up trying another location.UPDATE:Won't be back, except maybe to try get a refund. Stopped in, service took FOREVER and left some of my ice cream melting by the time I could pay. Worse though, is that once I got home to actually eat the ice cream, there was only miniscule bits of stir-ins distributed throughout the ice cream. Like one piece of brownie, or one or two chunks of cookie dough. Then just gobs of ice cream unmixed. Not at all impressed. In my opinion, don't go to this location.

Delicious ice cream and lots of "mix in" topping options, but very limited seating inside. Always friendly and helpful staff.

the ice cream itself was ok, the mix in was stale and ruined the experience. I had cake batter ice cream with yellow cake mixed in and the cake was dry and harder in some spots then others. we always go to the blaine location and we will not return to coon rapids any longer.
