The best ice cream ever!! I love this cold stone their service is always great! They go over and beyond for their customers and they really make you want to come to them all the time. I have been to the other one in va beach it’s not as good and they alittle bit more expensive in va beach. Anytime i have a craving for some ice cream i always go to the one in Norfolk, they are the best.

We went on a Sat afternoon. There was no waiting and the ice cream was delicious. We paid $18 for a small cup, large milkshake and a med waffle cone. Service was good

I think this chain has seen better days.But my wife still loves their sundaes.

This is by far my favorite place to ensure that every employee gets the tip and just so you know even you give it to em they can hit those high notes. I left with a smile on my face going down on some rocky road.

This place was wonderful every kind of ice cream you could dream of..just bring your appetite the portions are huge!!!!!

Great ice cream. Fast paced. But there's a curb located near the parking lot. Many people have fallen. Be careful.

The green apple slushies with jolly ranchers are the bomb-diggy! The sundaes are good! The sweet pretzel twists are good! The car hops are very nice, including the owner/operator! 😉

Had a buy one get one free, so I had my son join me. Had the bery, bery sundae with butter pecan ice cream. Tasted great. Service was gunite good.

Very friendly owner/ manager.....small. sits in the very corner of small shopping center......not a problem for us we love to walk and experience city,town places we visit......

Out of this world customer service!!! Amy took my call for a cake to be delivered and referred me to Postmark to save me $$. Ice Cream cake was colorful and creative, not to mention delicious! Ordered a cake for my nephew from 1600 miles away and it was perfect, delivered and hour later. Amazing ice cream shop, great product, phenomenal customer service, amazing owner!!!

Awesome place and awesome staff. They even do tricks while making the ice cream which was pretty entertaining for the kids

I cannot say enough GOOD things about the two employees at this establishment! First of all it was CLEAN! They were patient, kind, friendly, provided fast & accurate service, asked questions and appreciated my feedback as a loyal customer! I will never go to the Greenbrier location again (which is closest to my home) after visiting this store. THANK YOU SO MUCH for providing your customers with the ultimate Cold Stone experience!!
