Coffee and food are great! Might have just had a one off today? Guy working the register was rude, acted like I was doing him a favor by coming in!

Build your own breakfast sandwich was okay at best. The muffin was way too pricey for an overly dense, secretly crumbly muffin. Coffee was good though.

Coffee and tea were fine, but on an only moderately busy Thursday evening the waiter kept circling and asking to see if we were ready to pay our check yet was too busy to find some sweetener for my date.I don't appreciate being made to feel that I need to vacate a table after a half hour in a coffee shop.Edited review from 2 to 4 due to the rapid response by Coffee Underground.Thank you.

Questions & Answers

I agree with the other guides. ;) Kids would not enjoy the atmosphere as much as a teen or adult would.

I'm not sure. We went on stand up comedy night.

Yes, plus the area can scoot tables together!

No, just regular tables or sofa seating. But you can order some wine or beer.

Smiley's would be your best bet.

No, they don't have open mic, just poets

No we do not. Sorry!

www.witsendpoetry.com for poetry every Sunday at Coffee Underground. Monday night is comedy open mic. Friday night is improv (you can participate).

Only at night I believe

Hi! My husband, Craig Holcombe, runs the Monday night open mic hosted by No Expectations. Anyone can sign up, but some comedians might talk about things that could be inappropriate. Sign-ups are at 7:00 pm and the show starts at 7:30, and I would suggest having your parents talk to a No Expectations member (likely my husband, lol) when you sign up to let them know your situation. They would probably put you up early to help prevent any age-related issues. Good luck, Lexi! Knock 'em out!
