Beautiful building with amazing quasi-botanical garden spreading from bottom to top floor on green terraces. The top is open till 4pm and it offers interesting views of the city. Interior is also very interesting, worth checking out as well. Access to terraces is from outside.

There is a parking lot on the 3rd basement floor of Across Fukuoka
There are buckwheat shops, noodles shops, dinner shops and so on. I forgot the name, but the meal restaurant is delicious.
