Please note that my three star review may be a five star review to you. Prices: Normal. Decor: Appropriate. Customer Care: Poor. Ambiance: Kafkaesque. You need ESP to know when this place will be open. And the server was much more interested in telling me about their "art event" than in serving coffee. But you may like the silent, isolated, plugged-in atmosphere if you telecommute. But you're smarter than I am if you can figure out why this "coffee shop" isn't open in the morning. Why not just call it a private club and get it over with?

very cool place, stopped in on the way to Joe louis arena. great homemade banana bread, coffee was fantastic as you would expect from a local coffee shop. Worth stopping again next time I am in Detroit.
