I have ordered from Cocoaccinos several times and have been constantly disappointed by the discrepancy between what I ordered and what I, in fact, received. The most recent 'mix-up' resulted in me receiving an iced drink with a coffee grinds mixed into the blended drink. When I called the restaurant to rectify the situation, I found the customer service lacking. I was told that somebody ordered the same drink and wanted coffee grinds inside. Even if that was, indeed the case, it would behoove them to ensure that each customer receives the correct order.
