Coco Thai

We called to place an order for the delivery, and the woman taking the order was unkind, rude, disrespectful and impatient. The entire time she was pressuring me to order faster, and not ask questions or make changes. The menu did not specify that vegetarian dishes were spicy, and when we kindly asked her if she could make sure that the plate was not spicy for my 70+ year old mother, she responded "it is going to be spicy so pick something else, and call back." Mind you that we had already ordered most of the over $50.00 order..and regardless, she was so unkind. I cannot get past it. So, I cancelled the order. Maybe it is because I have an accent, and this frustrated the woman—I have no idea—but whatever it is—she was mean, and there was no reason to be mean.

I've only done take-out or delivery, but the food is good and not expensive. The salads use arugala/spinach/mixed greens, and not cheap iceberg lettuce.

Incredibly tasty Thai food. The Tom Yum soup (with pork) was superb. So were all the other dishes. Nice decor and good A/C. Whenever I come to Brooklyn to visit my children (33 and 36), I make a stop here - 3 years running. Thanks Coco Thai.

Excellent Food

The best chicken pad see ew ever! My boyfriend always gets the pad Thai and that’s amazing too. Get it to go and eat it in the park.

The first time I tried Thai food was at this place. The food was amazing and I loved the experience I had at this restaurant. Ever since I went here couple of times. Would recommend to anyone.

I adore this restaurant very much. there is a happy atmosphere. The cuisine is exeptionaly good. the service is dynamic and the crew is professional. The cost is modest. very much recommend.

The greeter didn't welcome you as you walked into the restaurant. When we sit down she throws the menu on the table. She was on her phone the whole time while she served us. She didn't even ask how are we enjoying our dinner. And then she had some nerve to ask me for tips.

Best thai food in the Park Slope/Windsor Terrace area that I have found so far. I've ordered delivery from them multiple times and have been very satisfied with the food and service. 10/2014 Update (3 years later): Dice has been very hit or miss the last dozen times I have ordered. Quality and consistency have both taken a turn for the worse. The good tastes burnt half the time.

Food is good, personal is rude and unmotivated.

It was just okay. It’s pricey and has an expansive menu but I’ve had better. I really liked the garlic duck (though it was a bit salty), the crab fried rice gave a good portion of crab but didn’t taste that fresh, the ribs had no taste, the veggies were very good and well seasoned, the shrimp spring rolls were nasty and cold, and the red snapper was okay but the sauce was supposed to be spicy and tasted a bit too sweet. The snapper was also a bit dry and overcooked. Food wasn’t bad but was just average to me. This seems like one of those hit or miss places and I have a feeling that they rush a lot of their meals or serve old items. On the plus side, it was delivered quickly and efficiently. Not sure if I would try it again.
