CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

I got the Milk Tea and it was good. The store is really cute and has few tables and chairs. The staff are nice and friendly. The service was fast and efficient.

There are plenty of parking right around the corner. Next to the entrance to the hotel, there is a sign that says “Retail parking”. You can get free parking there. The bubble tea is fairly good. They do have some unique flavors that you definitely should try.

Wide selection of drinks, my favorite is the milk tea. Be prepared for long lines.

Love the passionfruit green tea with boba. Reminds me of home :)

I don’t know why but I really love CoCo and always taste so good.I like mango green tea, taro milk tea and caramel milk tea.

This place has awesome boba tea! I'd recommend trying the Three Guys drink!

Very poor customer service😡I ordered HOT black tea latte and also reminded her that please make sure it’s really HOT b/c it’s cold outside. However, the drink I received was not even warm. I asked her to help me heat it up again and she refused. The other employee just ignored. Very disappointed!

A hip place for hanging out with a small group of people. Their seasonal drinks will always delight.

I was not aware that Coco is the largest bubble tea chain in the world, and where other companies might suffer losses in the quality of product due to expansion, Coco happily averts that pitfall. Similarly priced as nearby competitor Sharetea, Coco seems to be the superior tea in my opinion, owing largely to the creaminess of their milk tea. This location can get very busy, but parking is provided in the adjacent hotel (don't go to the Alley 113 lot unless you want to pay $5 for parking like I did). Seating is limited as well, but for the product you get, I can't really complain.

Had the Yacult drink, I want more! Was super good and Staff friendliness could be better. Overall the drink was worth it.

I love this Boba chain. Their Fresh taro drink is such a refreshing change up from the usual powder flavored ones in other places .

In Bellevue for couple short hours and made it a point to try this bubble tea shop. Figured if CoCo Fresh Tea is the worlds largest bubble tea chain with 2000 shops than they must have awesome teas and if the 4 we tried are anything to go by, then driving 6 hours round-trip might be worth it. Would love to get bubble tea this good in Portland.

Very bad customer service. And the quality of the drinks is very bad, I saw the employee touch her phone and money, and then make my drink without washing hand! I will never go to this store again and hope this store will close soon
