Coco Bongo

Very good and will be back. Fajitas Ttopicalia were very good as was the jalapeno margarita. The carnitas chimichanga was not fries enough but the pork had a great flavor. Black beans and rice had outstanding flavor. Started our meal with fresh guacamole which was great!

Super friendly staff!!! Food is good and prices are reasonable. Went twice and would go again.

Best chips(warm) and salsa around. Grilled Salmon & shrimp awesome as are the chicken & spinach enchiladas! Servers are very friendly and do a good job. Always Great drink specials! Best Mexican in Raleigh for your $. TV’s like a sports bar Park on side streets or after 5 on Hillsborough or NCSU campus.

Coco Bongo handled our party of 13 like real pros. Food quality and presentation was above the competition. Best street tacos I've had in a long time and the flan was creamy and smooth (nothing like the scrambled egg flan I've been subjected to of late). Everyone was very happy with their orders and the service. Highly recommend.

My friends and I go to coco bongo every Tuesday because the tacos, chips, and salsa are absolutely PHENOMENAL. Our only complaint is that one of the members of the waitstaff, a waitress, is as rude as possible to us every time she is our server. The other members of the staff a phenomenal and friendly but she is incredibly off putting and when we asked for spicy salsa she replied with a blasé “okay” and brought us a container of salsa that was a third of the way full. She also glared at us when we asked her for anything and treated us like we were a pain if we needed more salsa or napkins. Normally I would chalk this up to just having a bad day but every single time we have had her she has treated her patrons like this. It really throws off the experience being treated like that, especially when my party and I try to go out the way to be kind and accommodating to our servers.

Everything is fine. There is no problem about meals and hospitality. It had better if all of the members smile more this is just a little bit advice.

We ordered delivery from Coco Bongo for the first time today. I'm from Austin, Texas and thought I'd never find a restaurant here to replace my home tacos. Well, I did today. Absolutely incredible street tacos. Everything was phenomenal. New favorite place and will recommend.

The food is PHENOMENAL. My only complaint is that I found a giant piece of plastic in my chicken enchilada. Not exactly appetizing.

We come here EVERY weekend. Angel is the absolute best and provides absolute spot on service. The entire staff is willing to help. The place is very clean and their drink specials are supreme. Margs are close to the best in Raleigh and great price.
