This place is big and usually pretty quiet, honestly a really underrated watering hole. Another unpretentious bar in a world increasing with over-priced hipster gastro-pubs. Good pub atmosphere.

Tried this place with co-workers at lunch time. I ordered the poutine. It was good and made with thick beefeater fries, brown gravy and cheese curds. Service was prompt and friendly. I'd go back again.

Very Canadian and friendly waitress telling us where to check out the Tulip Festival. 20oz beer for $5.97! Find this pub at the West End of Spark Street Mall. Nice sunshine on the quiet patio on a Sunday.

Great little old time pub. Fantastic selection of draft beer and the food is great. I highly recommend that everyone checks this place out.

The drinks were good and cold, but I can't speak positively about the food, all four of us were unimpressed with the very bland disappointing food that you hate to have to pay for. We also couldn't even get a water after asking for them. Had to ask for our bill. Never asked how the food was. Wouldn't recommend it.

I was with a group of about 12 that showed up for karaoke last Saturday night around 10:30 PM. I wish I had the name of the server - he was great. He made sure that we had enough chairs and table space and did not rush anyone through their drink order. He was attentive without hovering and helped to make our evening a lot of fun.

Great place, only complaint is when they cancelled FAQ trivia. Cheers to bar tender Robin for always dealing with our schenanigans!

Fun location with great staff and drinks. Karaoke nights (Thursdays and Saturdays) are a blast.

It's a pub in a basement, fun if a bit dive-ey. The ladies' bathroom was a horror.

Okay food, good beer selection, cozy inside, has a patio. It's an average pub and when all I want is to relax on a Sparks St. patio with a beer, that's all I need.

Neat little basement bar, great decor and furniture. Friendly staff, and a great selection of craft beer.

Love the karaoke here. The food portions are big and tasty, the drinks are normally priced and poured with care. The pool table is gone, but now there is a dart board.

Went here for supper. They sat us down at a booth. Ten minutes later no one even came to ask if we wanted a drink. Try to get the servers attention but they were too busy on their cellphones. Left and went elsewhere.
