I really appreciate your attentiveness to safety.I will visit you again 😊Great product but.... I observed multiple staff wearing masks around their chin, or slipping below the nose. When I expressed my nervousness about this, was told the masks “just slipped”. They corrected momentarily but by the time my purchase was complete, masks “slipped” to previous place. I prefer to give feedback gently,directly, and in person. I tried that, but it didn’t seem to stick and this is important. It’s a pain I know, but this needs to be our 7 practice for awhile. Rachel and her team are amazing artists. Very kind and helpful, they will work on your ideas and make it great like their own. They helped me a lot with making my little brother's birthday cake. It was a great experience, amazing customer service, absolutely incredible cake that they made. I couldn't believe my idea was going be this amazing looking but this was all Rachel and her team's work. We loved the cake, my family enjoyed, it was very delicious, just according to what i asked them. I can't wait to place my next order with you guys super soon.Thank you guys, you're doing amazing by bringing some sweetnees and smiles on people's faces at this time of chaos and sorrow.I wish you guys all the best.

5 Star is an understatement! Coccadotts is HANDS DOWN the best cake shop in the Capital District! They are super friendly and make cake orders FAST! :) Special requests for designs are always perfect! I'll go to Coccadotts for every cake I ever need. Thank you!
