Good material and initially good service Unfortunately uncut skates were included but fortunately the problem was solved quickly. Then went back again because they were not feeling well anyway. Was treated downright rude by one of the people in the case (the other was just helpful and nice) - no idea why (shouldn't you come back? Can't you be disappointed? Am I too much of an amateur to be in this case to be helped well?). The skates were eventually exchanged for a different size. Too bad this sirthe importance of customer-friendliness does not understand, but seems primarily concerned with itself.

After a few years on Nagano's 2000 made the switch to Evo's Helium, it took a lot of getting used to, and quite a few pressure points on the shoes, but still solved after 2 adjustments! Felt a bit like the "princess on the pea" with my sensitive feet, just as well resolved. Should also try other shoes! (they weren't ;-)) nice on skates now. well done.
