Great value if you purchase the quick service food plan for 1 person. I was able to share the Perilous Pair combo with my husband, the food plan also gives you a drink with entree. This meal would normally cost roughly $25 for the food and drink, with the meal plan it comes out to $25.99 and also includes an extra redeemable drink and snack.Fries were a little stale, peach cobbler was super sweet, the brisket was awesome and we opted for a double portion of it, Mac and cheese was decent.

Hey the food was okay, but the 1950's Universal Monster movie decor was incredible!

Fast, but only okay service and food.

Pizza is humongous and delicious! Amazing designs in the restaurant! Everything is so delicious one of me and my family’ favorite restaurants there! I highly recommend the pizza and crinkle fries and don’t get me started on the ice cream chocolate and vanilla so delicious!!!! Universal is great within everything!!!

Wish I would have read reviews first. The oldschool monster stuff is cool, but everything else is a mess. Terrible execution, no direction, the food choices are odd at best and don't fit the theme. Combos don't include a drink, who's ever paid $20 for a meal without a drink? Way overpriced. Avoid the lavender elixir, it's just $5 Sprite with blueberry boba things..gross.

was there for lunch on a cold sunday. I am vegetarian and was thrilled to see a vegan Jackfruit sandwich. It was the first time I had tasted it. It was an amazing tasty preparation. The only reason I took off one star is the delay in service having placed the order on the App I expected it to come out quicker than if I had stood online, but it took almost 25 min.Well worth the wait.

The system here is broken. The line is very very long and the operation if completely inefficient. Someone with any type of common sense with the food industry should take a look at this and fix it.

Great Good Awesome monsters and movies playing, great ribs, and pizza with chocolate shakes. Hardly ever busy so its a great getaway from the crowds of universal studios. Aliens and monsters how cool is that

Like everyone else, we were hungry but really didn't want to sit down for a long meal but also didn't want to eat fast fast food. So we tried this. It was basically Cafe style but the food was almost home cooked style! Food really was delicious! More importantly... There was a group of workers that were AWESOME! A BEAUTIFUL lady they called Mama not only greated us with the lines people but after our meal she came out to find us to hug is and say goodbye. I see why they called her mama because she was just like my mama!! There is always a possibility that we will never see these folks again but that didn't stop them from treating us like family! If you are visiting here from anywhere in the world... Stop by to see how us Floridians treat strangers!!! It'll be worth your time i guarantee it!!!
