So gewonnen hätte gerungen Verzögerungen kann ich verstehen aufgrund von Home-Office, aber falsche Versprechungen kann ich nicht leiden. Und so eine lahmarschige Abwicklung habe ich bei meinen anderen Versicherungen nie erlebt.
