Not recommendable. After I entered my insurance, an employee called me and wanted to ask if I was okay and if everything was ok. Not correct! The only thing you wanted was to sell me insurance. Better stay away from the shop and buy your insurance somewhere else.

Eine Versicherung, oder in diesem Fall den Versicherungsmakler, lernt man kennen, wenn es um Schadensbegleichung geht. Bei einer der Versicherungen die ich über Clark abgeschlossen habe, ist der Schadensfall eingetreten. Der Mitarbeiter von Clark sagte mir, dass nach dem mailen der Rechnung innerhalb von zwei Wochen das Geld auf meinem Konto sei. Das ist jetzt vier Wochen her und ich habe natürlich noch kein Geld. Ich habe sogar auf meine Schreiben an Clark, die die Schadensbegleichung abwickeln, ein bis zwei Wochen auf Antwort warten müssen. Vor einer Woche schrieb man endlich, dass sie nun die Rechnung zur Prüfung bei der Versicherung eingereicht haben und nun auf Antwort warten. Dann würden sie sich wieder bei mir melden. So gewonnen hätte gerungen Verzögerungen kann ich verstehen aufgrund von Home-Office, aber falsche Versprechungen kann ich nicht leiden. Und so eine lahmarschige Abwicklung habe ich bei meinen anderen Versicherungen nie erlebt.
