Claim Jumper Restaurants

Paid $10 for a shameful bowl of junk chili. Chips and salsa were dreadful. Salsa was extremely cold and tasted like it was being thawed under the sink. Yet again Gordon Ramsey would be ashamed.

Good food but it takes forever to get.

This was inside the golden nugget casino. We had food to go but they forgot about us. We took it back to the room the food was cold and tasteless. In all fairness tho, the place was packing and all the staff were busting buns. It might be better if not so crowded.

Our server was nice, but honestly the food isn’t worth the price at all. Firstly we ordered “spicy” buffalo wings, but they were not spicy at all and I had to order buffalo sauce because there was no sauce on them and they were very small. We also ordered a chicken Caesar salad it had no dressing on it and the chicken was like rubber, it’s like eating dry chicken skin...I don’t know what’s going on with the Golden Nuggets management because I see things going down month after month.

Love the Food, Atmosphere, and the Service!! The service is phenomenal! The Employees give Extraordinary Service!! One of my Favorite Restaurants!!

This place is a joke! Not busy at all and 25 minutes for a slice of pizza. This is at least the 3rd time I have been here and it is always a joke. Do they even have a manager on duty?

I will give Claim Jumpers TWO stars for location, it's ok inside and the server tried her best over the noise. We came to Claim Jumpers before a concert. (1) The restaurant is SUPER, DUPER LOUD (2) AT BEST THE FOOD IS 1 NOTCH ABOVE CAFETERIA FOOD. We had chicken fried chicken and fish and chips. I have included photos. The fish sticks were regular size, but what was odd with the 3 to 4 inches of a strange batter. Everything was off. The gravy, the potatoes, the fish. I forgot we ordered the Bacon. You could taste how old it was and it had been sitting in grease. Now I have been to Claim Jumpers in Los Angeles and Antioch, California both were much better. Save your time and money, dont go here unless you have kids with you. It was absolutely low, low, low budget. I got sick right after I ate a little bit of the food. We went to Blu Martini last month way better.

Reliable service, timely, quality food, from pasta dishes, salads, to pizzas, they have not dissapointed.

Claim Jumper is my Fav restaurant But the Ones in CALIFORNIA. I was so happy to visit the one in Lake Charles LA. Not the same!! Food was ok. The pink lemonade was too sweet. They dont have the full menu. I ask for the Cob Sandwich and they didn't have it. They look a little too much to bring my food out.

Great place to eat.. Very large menu full of breakfast, bunch, and dinner options. The service was fast and friendly. If your staying in the hotel it's a great place for a late night meal.

I am leaving 2 star because I have hobestly had worse. But . The service was pretty bad. Server was so slow we had to wave the host down to take our order. After thatx the food took more than 30 mins;our service didnt check on us once . my burger was beyond well done we wairef about 15-20 for somek e to pick up the ckeck.. bad..just bad..

Had breakfast here on 2/22...Hostess (young girl, glasses, bun on top of her head) seemed either really mad or she just woke up. No greeting when we walked up, then just seated us and walked away. Restaurant wasn’t full or busy when we arrived.Pancakes were brought out cold. Grits had zero flavor and were super watery, the sodas we ordered were both sent back because they tasted awful. Silverware was dirty (dishwasher isn’t doing it’s job.) The only reason for 2 stars is that our server was friendly, but he rarely came to the table to check on us. The server team seemed a little short handed, I don’t blame him.For an $80 breakfast for 4 people, I would never return. There was absolutely nothing special about the rest of our meal that could justify a $20 pp meal. Hospitality was nonexistent. I work in the industry and will give credit when it is due, but this was a meal/experience that I’d expect at a cheap hotel, not here.

I don’t ever give a restaurant bad reviews like this!!! Service was great but I’ve been here 4 plus times now and there are fruit flys everywhere!!! Food takes awhile to get out. I get it it’s tuff to do for a 24 hour restaurant, but at least keep it clean.
