CJ's New York Style Delicatessen

Just ordered two cheeseburgers to go. $46.00 meal. Everything was fine. Sat down at empty table outside because we were asked to wait outside. Then were asked by a wait staff to move to a bench across walkway because and I quote "this is for paying customer who are eating here." I informed her I was a already paid customer. The bench barely sets three people and is old and dirty.It was then we decided to get our money back and a waiter wants to argue with my wife about there policy against waiting paid customers that cannot sit down in there restaurant to wait on there food.The manager did refund the money and hopefully we will get it. To bad there food is good. There custmer service and presentation skills lack alot to be desired.

Wait staff was so friendly and attentive. I didn’t love the food though.

Cool place here in the Hawaiian Village. Strawberry macadamia nut pancakes are fantastic. Loco Moco Patty was burned and chard not the medium that we ordered. Club sandwich was good. Pastrami and corned beef sandwich the meat was cold. The service was great. Inside and outside seating. No parking. The staff is very friendly. My husband ordered atrio Moco Loco and then strawberry Macadamia coconut pancakes and lastly and eggs benedict. All were very tasty. So it's kind of a hit-and-miss here. The basically everything we had was very tasty except for the burns Patty
