Nice and professional staff. And the chicken was cooked pretty well. Its def a place that I'll be visiting again in the future.

Tried this place on a whim and it was good! The fries were fresh and the wings were too! I also tried the cherry lemonade which was bomb. I personally don’t mind but some may: the wings are kinda small so order accordingly!

They have my favorite wings!! Truly delicious and filled with flavor. Every flavor is exactly on point to what it should be, the hot wings are HOT (my favorite) the lemon pepper are also really good. My husband and I both get a order of 15 wings 2 diff flavors and share them. Also it’s owned by a fire fighter so support!

The wings were perfectly cooked! Crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. I had a lunch special 10 wings, fries and a drink for about $10. I had an Asian sauce (sweet and spicy) had the perfect amount of heat. 1st time here and based on this visit I will be back. Added bonus, parking was great and free between the restaurant and a neighboring building.

Situated in the New Center area, just west of Woodward, this spot is a gem. The wings were delicious. Hot is the PERFECT hot. I love spicy food but if you aren't really 'bout that life then maybe try medium at first? The potato salad was also great. Can't wait to try more sides the next time we order from here!

What can I say about city wings well for one the food is always fresh, and the drinks are really awesome to be honest. They would've gotten a 5 but the desert selection needs to be better and sides need to be revamp a little. The bake beans are good the mac and cheeses is okay but bland but good some how lol. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean highly recommend this place for the wings and a drink in and out awesome location.

I usually get garlic-parmesan wings,so glad I tried the spicy bbq today,delicious!

I love the quality and flavors used at this place! My ONLY drawback is not knowing how much I'm going to spend, even tho I order the same thing each time. It's like there isn't a at menu price for the special or something. IDK, but what I do know is I go in there prepared to pay what they say cuz I know the food will be good

Excellent food service and atmosphere

Definitely a hidden gem in the city. I think the wings at City Wings are the best in Detroit. I always feel like when a restaurant says something they offer is "hot", I kind of take that with a grain of salt. The first time I had the KO flavor here...let's just say City Wings is one of the few restaurants that is honest about the heat level - when they say it's "hot", it's going to be hot! I personally like the Cajun flavor the best, and always get a couple sides with my wings. This is one of my favorite places in the city.

Definitely order the garlic parmesan flavored fries!! Restaurant was super clean, food and drinks were excellent, and the cups/straws/napkins are all compostable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
