Questions & Answers
The Incognito show has been rescheduled to April 13th. Unfortunately, I have heard multi source, negative stories about BCW. Sub par service, food and unacceptable seating arrangements that management has promised to "address" without resolve. It is now a huge problem to hire qualified help, since Boston has added so many venues recently, driving the trend to higher pay scales for help. OUCH! However, without quick resolution, consumers will most likely not attend or revisit. The fact that the city held them up is no longer an excuse for the shortcomings their customer base is experiencing now. From a consumer standpoint, it seems the current management team is either underqualified or set up to fail or both. In this hot mess, it appears it may unfortunately take just a little more investment now, in order to survive any longevity going forward. The process for cancellations and rescheduling was poor and lack of anyone answering a phone call at the time makes consumers uncomfortable.
Call to verify, but you should be able to purchase in your name and change by calling? They have a will call list and do not issue physical tix?
Yes. The restaurant and bar are separate from the entertainment venue.
The show is most likely cancelled and you can contact the city winery box office for a refund. They are giving refunds right now due to the outbreak. (They usually don't give refunds)
There are several garages near by and street parking, which is hard to find.
Yes they do have menu for beer.. also they have outside the concert area bar as well.
It depends. If it's standing room only they do not offer food. If it's a seated show then they do offer a limited menu. It's best to call ahead when you plan to go so you and find out what's up.
