City View Restaurant

Typical Dim Sum restaurant at Saturday lunchtime. Unfortunately the pork Cheung Fung was rather dry inside, even though it was freshly cooked (I'd been waiting for ten minutes). Came here in 2013 and it was better. Oh well.

I very much enjoyed my visit to the City View restaurant. Although crowded and as it seemed initially chaotic as many people were standing inside and outside the restaurant waiting for a table, the hostess had a clear system and was in total control. In the end, the wait was not very long. The food was fantastic with great product quality and very tasty. The ladies pushing the dim sum carts were friendly and happy to explain all items to the "novices" of the service style. The prices (various prices for various choices mentioned on a menu I had to ask for) were well balanced and in line with the value of the items received. Conclusively I can say that this restaurant experience is worth the wait and I would definitely return.

I am very lucky because I only work 2 blocks away from this delicious spot. I come here once every couple of weeks and always receive great service from the staff and am given time to enjoy my meal. The variety of dishes and options is immense but the best part is every one has its own charm and it flavorful and delicious! Drop in when you have some time and I surely believe that you will not be disappointed with your experience.
