Circle Drive In

Its a old school drive up and eat in your car or ypu can eat outside diner with fresh food cooked to order and great people!! I love this spot I grew up here and it reminds me of home everytime i eat here. It is located close to the Dan River so it has a great scenery when you want to eat outside of your car.

Garbage. Burgers taste soured or spoiled. Worst fries. Onion rings are mushy. Sleazy employees as always. I never eat there anymore. Disgusting.

Awesome food. Better call order in and still be prepared to wait.

Hot dogs are the best I've ever had. Between the chili and homemade slaw and let's not forget their fresh brewed sweet tea. Not sure which is the best from there. The rib eye steak plates are awesome also!

Been here about 2 times. Kind of high but food is good. Will go again in the future

Great place to eat

Called in order. Got there 10 minutes later. Sat in parking lot, never waited on. Finally got attention of a waitress that was kind enough to wait on someone that came in after us. Got a very weak apology. Done with this place. The food was good, service leaves a great deal to be desired.

In their window, the Circle Drive In displays a framed certificate claiming that they have the best hot dog in Rockingham County. They don’t. A certificate they DO deserve is one for greasiest fries in the Greater Piedmont Triad. And beyond. Possibly the world. See my photos if you don’t believe me. The hot dog (pink) is average and bland as are the all the way toppings. The burger had a decent taste and crisp toppings, but it appeared to have been cooked hours earlier and it was a little dry and dense. Sweet tea was average. Also, be aware that this is a true drive-in— no table service. And while it was a very hot day, my server did not seem exactly thrilled to be there— not even when I gave her a thirty percent tip. So I would steer clear of this drive in. By the way, the best hot dog in Rockingham County and beyond (in my opinion) can be found in Johnson’s Family Grill in Madison.

My server was friendly n dte...very nice and made she could accommodate me in every way possible. Food was delish...fish 🥪 coleslaw and fries.
