Best Cinnabon staff and experience I’ve had yet! Everyone is so friendly there and they remember regular guests by name or face a lot and take great care of their fellow mall employees.

they’re lucky they get one star. Just left and paid for two frozen drinks and only received one so after 10 minutes of waiting I go back up there and tell the guy I had another drink and without making eye contact he says “I’m makin it for you” so I sit back down WAITING and 15 mins later still no drink so I got aggravated I left. Worst experience ever it was on my receipt I paid for it I believe they should’ve made more communication.

I love all things cinnamon but these rolls are too heavy, too rich, too buttery for me. Left me with a stomach ache.

Andi Philpot, How is asking a question about their practices making an unfair statement? At first I thought you were providing an uniformed response, but then I realized you clearly knew about the issue I was referring to, and instead of choosing to protect teenagers from sexual harassment, you get protective over the mall and mall employees who are acting inappropriately. This is a perfect platform to express my disdain for the type of behavior exhibited by the security guards. People need to know the risks associated with allowing their teenage daughters to visit this mall. It doesn't matter if they employ female guards if they are also allowing male guards to sexualize teens. Also, are you a teenage girl? If not, you "never having a problem there" is irrelevant.
