My Juicy took me here for lunch. We love eating here The restaurant it self is wonderfully decorated! It dosen't get the appreciation that it truly deserves! Our waitress was adorable. She took special care not to serve my honey something that he can't eat. I thought that she was very professional and actually was trying to provide the best service possible! Our waitresses name was Summer!

The food was amazing and so were the views. We got there and were seated immediately. Our server greeted us promptly and brought us our drinks and apps. We soon had our food and chowed it down. Everything with this dinner date night was amazing. Tj and I will be back!

Typical slow service considering the traffic at the restaurant. Extreme wait times up to 45 minutes at the time of this visit. No bread available while waiting on meal -had to ask waitress twice for bread and then it was only one loaf considering there were 4 of us at the table and two of us did not care for the dark bread. I know the meals are cooked to order but maybe if the menu was not so extensive meals could be prepared timely to enjoy your visit here. Waitress also forgot my cheesecake at end of meal I had to request it again this time to go.

Food was great, service was even better... which is so hard to come by, everyone has an attitude these days. I will ALWAYS ask for Lexie when I'm at this TCF; she was professional, checked on us to make sure we were good but didn't smother us, kept our drinks filled, and table cleared. She offered up menu suggestions that we tried and loved and of course the cheesecake was delicious! I think what we appreciated most was that the kitchen was backed up..and so many times waitstaff gets blamed for that - she was great to communicate the delay with us, not that we liked it but it made all the difference in the world knowing what the hold up was when most of the time no one cares and you're just stuck...waiting, certainly not the case with her. Again, it was appreciated. Five stars for food, five stars for service!

I always enjoy coming to this location. Even though it can be very packed at times with no where to move to, the waiters & staff are mostly friendly. The food is always good. I really enjoy the service. This particular day I wanted to try a few different dishes which all were great. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve had a few bad experiences at CCF Before but my Server Lexie changed all of that, she was absolutely darling, she took such great care of our table, she suggested great menu items, she offered app, entree and Dessert of course! She was very Attentive to our needs! We will definitely be back requesting Lexie with the pretty eyes 😊 food was also really great! Thanks again!

We discovered this little gem and have been many times around the US over the years. In our opinion it’s one of the few places we’ve eaten at that has never let its standards down after all this time, wow, they must be doing something correct, and well done too. We had a lovely young girl serve us, she made you feel so special she was super. The food was fantastic and of course the mandatory cheesecake was divine as always.

Friday 5.30pmHappy hour ends 6pmNot many people waiting for tables although quite a few available. We waited to be seated some 20min and went to the bar to get out drinks.Almost about to order food and stay at the bar but our table "got free". Actually, it was one or those free even before, a few steps away from us. We already decided what to order when a waiter started asking strange questions about our drinks and if we seated ourselves without going through "the waiting process". Felt very strange to be doubted and questioned like that by a waiter who will expect tips at the end. Asked about a happy hour starters as that menu we were not given hoping not to wait any longer (past the happy hour time). All in all- Food was delicious. No complaints there. Our cocktails were also great. Management should look into this "waiting for the table game" as not appreciated at all.

We decided to order some cheesecake online to help with the wait time. It said our order would be ready by approximately 6:20 but we did not receive our order until 6:40. We watched them. They didn't even start getting our order ready until 6:30. Then after all of that waiting, I was disappointed when I saw how small my slice of cheesecake was. It was delicious as always, but it was definitely smaller than any other cheesecake slice I've had from Cheesecake Factory before. And it smaller then the cake slices I got in that order. If I can't receive prompt service with an online order, I probably will patronize the restaurant less frequently.
