Third time here. Was very disappointed with mine and my partners dishes. I had ordered the Calabrese pizza which was very disappointing. The “home made sausage” was cheap pepperoni that tasted and looked like pepperoni which was used from “pizza pizza”. My partner ordered a pasta dish which had cheese in it (can’t remember the name). She’s vegan so she didn’t want cheese on it and replaced it with mushrooms. Not a stingy person but they charged her for the mushrooms (really!?). I feel like if you’re exchanging one item for another you shouldn’t be charged for it. Her pasta tasted very bland and had no flavour..all you need is garlic people! Service was fine. Nothing special. The restaurant itself it’s very beautiful inside but the food is lacking! Much better “Italian” restaurants elsewhere.

A wonderful first experience at CIMA! My family and I tried apps, pasta, pizza, and dessert, and enjoyed them all. Can't wait to go back.

We both ordered the goat cheese and beet salad.. it was literally just golden beets and whipped goat cheese..we were expecting some sort of greens as well. If I was to go back I think it would be a better idea to order a pasta dish or pizza.

Every night of the week offers a wonderful chance to take advantage of a special. The food was delicious and the service, spectacular. This place is an easy one to make a regular favourite.

Pizza from here is top notch. My favourite would be the mushroom pizza

So good here! Cute ambiance. Music volume was perf. Staff was sharp and memorized everything. Bathrooms were very clean. -- And when I wanted to make a last minute change to my reservation, they did a bunch of shuffling to accommodate. Oh, and the food was amazing. I'd go here again and again.

I eat here with my girls all the time. The oven pizzas are to die for. The drink menu is sweet too.

The pasta here is fresh and delicious, with really lovely flavours combinations ranging from simple to complex. Their lemon gelato was a refreshing finish to our meal. The modern industrial chique decor is also very tasteful. Overall a highly enjoyable place to dine!

Lovely Italian restaurant in Hamilton. The beef cheeks were amazing. The pizza special was extremely good, perfectly executed Naples style pizza. The wine selection was good.The decor was very modern. Our server was very attentive. I want to come back and bring other friends.

Food was beyond excellent! Started with a calamari fritti that is served with a delicious tomato-based sauce. Mains were the truffle gnocchi which is the best ive tasted in my life in addition to the cima special pizza. Will return soon!

I had an incredible dinner! I was alone here on business, the staff were so gracious in offerings and input regarding the menu. The white anchovies are fantastic and squid ink and clams linguine was worth going back for. A definate must! Very nice decor but not fancy, just wore a tshirt and shorts. Great job CIMA, your staff and food are great!

Delicious appetizers. Delicious pizzas. Delicious cocktails. Delicious desserts. You ever notice if you use a word too often it loses all meaning? Anyways... delicious.

The food is very good, the atmosphere is modern and open, and despite being fairly crowded the noise level was not excessive as to interrupt conversation at our table. Located in a nice part of town with lots of trendy shops. Nice selection of wine too!

A great place for date nights! Their pasta is handmade and it’s amazing. I always get the cacio e Pepe and the strozza balls which are delicious
