Cicis Pizza

Horrible!! Watched a worker take a pizza out of a box and put it on the buffet. Also watched an employee take brownies off the buffet and eat it. We got a pizza to take back to the hotel and I have had frozen pizza that looks better. For some reason they are really cutting corners at this location, no pasta no sauces actually the only thing good there are the cinnamon rolls. This picture is our take out pizza all crust.

I was pleasantly surprised in going here. Everyone was very helpful and cheerful! The manager was very pleasant and accommodating. He went out of his way to help us. I went with 2 kids, and when I ordered he asked me the ages of the kids. He told me that the 2 yr old was able to eat for free! I had questions about gluten free, and they will and can accommodate people that are gluten free. The older child was asking him questions about the game room, and tolkens, and again, he went out of his way to check for any random tolkens he could sell as a single, and he walked him back to the game room to check and make sure all the games were turned on. I heard him training a new employee, and was really impressed with how thorough he was, and how much time he was taking to explain to make sure the new employee understood. I was pleasantly surprised at our visit there, and would definitely recommend them. We will go back!

By the other reviews I wasn’t so excited to go eat here, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was working hard to keep the environment orderly and bring consistent food out. I enjoyed most of my food, especially the cinnamon rolls. I took off one star because the pasta was kind of cold and very watery. Other than that, I loved my time!

This was the worst experience ive ever had! They had pizza up that looked 3 days old. They barely had any selection of food ready. The dessert werent up. The salad was wilted. The place was clean. The workers were nice, they just need to step the game up a few notches!

We had a Birthday party for teens. Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. Let us decorate and made us feel at home. We had 16 people. It was fantastic after laser tag!

I love the Hawaiian pizza and the hot Apple pizza. When I go there, I ask them to make them if they are not made. These are my two favorites of all the pizzas they can make. I enjoy the sauce and the crusts. They are very tasty too! The owner in Williamsburg does a great job of keeping fresh pies out and keeping the place clean.

Good pizza great atmosphere.

We have never ate at a cicis before, but we really enjoyed the pizza. My mother isn't a pizza fan, and she definitely ate her share, lol. The BBQ chicken pizza was the best.

Three stars because it wasn't the cleanest CiCis I've ever been to. I'd go again though. Buffet wasn't well stocked when we got there BUT good news was that meant the hot pizzas came out right after we sat down.

Great place for all family members

Place was very empty, but staff was extremely polite and the pizza was hot and delicious just the same. Should have been busier for their effort alone. Kids loved the Tom & Jerry cartoons that were on as well.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They asked if there was anything we'd like on the buffet. Pizza was fresh and tasty. Salad bar and desserts were fresh as well. Great price, restaurant and restrooms were clean and well kept.

I walked through the door and immediately changed my mind and left. The male employee that came to take our order was wearing a tank top stuffing his phone in his pocket. I prefer proper restaurant sanitation when I eat out

Food was great.Customer service was great. Cicis floors and the tables were clean .Nice place to eat at.
