Came to cicis tonight and had to go up three times to see if they made the pizza I wanted. He kept forgetting. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. After the fourth time just said nvmd and left

Came in little over an hour to close. Place was chaotic and messing. Not sure if they are under staffed. Manager sent an employee out to talk to a 10 person party to move them because that side was closed for cleaning. Had no other tables clean, so the family had to wait to sit back down. They had no pizza so I requested pepperoni, but lady did not accept my requests because they were already made some. Manager is horrible never came out to apologize to any customers. Only time he came out was to get after an employee. Worst experience I had at a cici in the past 30 years
